Medicine Interview Preparation

There are some variations in medicine interviews. You may either face multiple mini interviews (MMIs), or traditional panel interviews, or a combination of both.  

MMI vs. Panel Interviews 

MMIs are short, structured, focusing on different aspects of your abilities. They provide a comprehensive evaluation of your skills and shows interviewers how you respond to practical scenarios you. It is a thorough, rapid-fire test of skills and qualities in quick succession.  

On the other hand, panel interviews are a more traditional method of examination. Instead of moving around as in the MMI, you will stay in front of the same two or three interviewers. This gives you a chance to build rapport with the examiners and reference your past answers, which you may not get a chance to do in the MMIs.
