Matthew O'Sullivan is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in Executive, Non-Executive and Advisory roles.

He has extensive experience working with high-growth private equity backed companies including TES Global, New Scientist and Ocean Technologies group.

AS CFO at TES Global, Matthew was part of the team that completed the hugely successful transformation of the TES & THE that led to the sale of the company to TPG.
