Bill Donoghue

Bill has been Chairman of William Clarence Education since June 2020. He has spent the last 20 years working with private equity backed EdTech/Online Learning companies. He is also currently Chairman of Corndel, the multi award-winning UK management and technology training provider.

He has previously served as Interim Executive Chairman at Ocean Technologies Group, Chairman and CEO of Skillsoft & SumTotal Systems from 2015 to 2018 and COO of TES Global from 2009 to 2014.

He has also served as a non-executive director in a variety of settings. He works in an advisory capacity with a number of UK Private Equity firms.
